Irregular stone slabs

Irregular stone slabs are an excellent choice for garden design, offering natural, different-looking and durable solutions that will last years. The slabs made of Estonian dolomite stones Kaarma, Orgita and Selgase have been produced in our factory on the island of Saaremaa. Every slab is unique, having distinctive natural characteristics and textures that will add character and rurality to your outdoor areas.

The size of most of the slabs is between 0.5 to 1 m2, but there may be larger and/or smaller pieces. Dolomite is easy to process, and it is simple to cut the slabs on-site and break them into smaller pieces if required. There may be natural cracks in the slabs.

The surface of the wire-cut irregular stone slabs is slightly rough. This gives them their natural look and guarantees a good grip, making them ideal for outdoor use. In addition to that, our dolomites have proven themselves with good frost (freeze/thaw) resistance.

These irregular dolomite slabs are a perfect choice if you are looking for something natural and durable for your garden project or stone pavement (it is not suitable for driving on with a car).

Explanation of falling lengths

In case of falling lengths, the tile’s length and width are determined, but its length will vary:

  • for the 200 mm tile between 350-600 mm;
  • for the 300 mm tile between 450-700 mm;
  • for the 400 mm tile between 450-800 mm.

You can find more information about the falling lengths here.

Care instructions

Natural stone is a relatively delicate and sensitive material and any objects harder than the stone can scratch its surface. The surface of the stone can be cleaned either with pure water or special cleaning agents.

In case of interior use and not very damp rooms, it is recommended to wax the stone. The layer of wax will protect the surface from getting dirty. Here you can get a more detailed overview of caring for natural stone.
