The fact that Estonian limestone and dolomite have been used for hundreds of years confirms that natural stones have many good qualities. Over time, many new materials have entered the market but even this has not reduced the importance of natural stone. Therefore, we will describe five important reasons to prefer natural stone.
1. Price-quality relationship

To make the interior design more elegant you don’t necessarily have to choose more expensive and exotic materials – our stones quarried in Estonia are also greatly appreciated in Scandinavia. In addition to that limestone and dolomite have a softer character compared to granite and marble.
2. Durability
If you handle the natural stone products right and install them correctly, they will last for a very long time. There are plenty of examples of centuries-old buildings made of dolomite or limestone that have lasted to this day. When using floor tiles, windowsills, and countertops made of natural stone you can be certain that if you take good care of them, they will last for generations to come.
3. Easy to care for

4. Environmental impact
Natural stone quarrying and other related topics are very topical and sensitive subjects. As Reval Stone quarries its stone without the use of explosives there is a lot less noise. Processing natural stone does require the use of electric energy and water but compared to the production of artificial materials the environmental impact is significantly lower (stone needs less processing, etc.).
